1. What are cookies?

They let the site remember information about your visit — the pages you viewed, your preferences, and whether you're signed in. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) serve the same purpose; for simplicity we refer to all of them as "cookies" in this policy.

2. How we use cookies

SELLER COPILOT LTD uses cookies to keep your account session active, remember your dashboard preferences (such as theme and chosen filters), measure how the platform is used so we can improve it, and detect abuse.

3. Categories of cookies we set

  • Strictly necessary — required for the platform to function: signing in, holding your session, protecting against CSRF, remembering your tenant. These cannot be disabled.
  • Preferences — remember your interface choices (selected theme, last visited dashboard, per-page row count, etc.) so the app feels consistent between visits.
  • Analytics — aggregate, anonymised usage data used to understand which features are valuable. We only set these once you accept analytics from the cookie banner.
  • Marketing — on our public marketing pages only, we may set cookies from advertising partners to measure campaign effectiveness. These are never set in the signed-in application.

4. Third-party cookies

Some pages embed third-party tools (Google reCAPTCHA for bot protection on sign-in, Stripe.js for payments). These providers may set their own cookies subject to their own policies. We don't share your account data with them beyond what's required for the specific function they perform.

5. How to control cookies

You can accept, reject or revoke optional cookies any time using the cookie banner on this site. You can also clear or block cookies from your browser settings; doing so may sign you out and disable some features. The strictly necessary cookies above cannot be disabled without preventing the platform from working.

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or regulation. We'll post the new version here with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the platform or by email.
